Over 40 years ago, Heather Mahoney began a journey that would redefine what it means to be a leader in the beauty industry. Fueled by passion, perseverance, and a vision bigger than herself, she co-founded H2O alongside her twin sister, Holli. What started as a single salon quickly grew into a beauty empire—now with two thriving locations, a dedicated team of over 75 professionals, and a multi-seven-figure business to show for it.
